Training covers both theoretical and practical elements, including equipment inspections, pre-use checks, pressure testing, safe operating techniques, emergency response procedures, and the correct start-up and shutdown sequences for hot wash and water jetting equipment. Particular emphasis is placed on safe isolation, depressurisation, temperature management, and minimising risks associated with high-pressure systems.

All training is carried out at JCE Renewable Services’ dedicated workshop and training facility in East Yorkshire, providing delegates with access to industry-standard equipment and realistic working environments. Practical exercises are delivered using operational water jetting and hot wash systems, allowing trainees to gain hands-on experience under the supervision of experienced instructors.

I initially contacted JCE Renewable Services Ltd when we were experiencing issues with our air conditioning.

From the first phone call, the team were professional, approachable, and genuinely wanted to help.
